What Is Sealcoating?
Protect your asphalt investment. Sealcoating your asphalt will protect it from the elements, both natural and man-made. Asphalt is expensive, so it's far cheaper to sealcoat the asphalt to keep it in great condition than to pay to replace it.
Small cracks begin to form in your new asphalt as it begins to age. These cracks will grow over time, aided by water, oil, and gas absorption. Sealcoating the new asphalt will prevent these substances from absorbing into asphalt, reducing cracks and stains.
